Start with mint: one compact, staff-managed trial. Follow new leaves as they grow, then see when a recorded harvest actually reaches a drink.
Purchased ingredients would remain the main supply. Small tastings, supervised growing activities and take-home seedlings could follow as the concept develops.
The garden is a proposed learning feature. Its growing method and operation will be tested before committing to a permanent installation.

A focused menu, ingredients shared across recipes, staged additions and convenient repeat visits guide the business concept. These are design principles to test, not a claim of proven demand.
Experience behind the idea
The founder previously owned Third Wave Cafe in Al Barari, Dubai, and leads this venture’s concept and digital experience. The operating structure and partner roles are still to be established.
